| 5 | | by replacing line 26 on page 3 and lines 1 through 9 on page 4 |
| 6 | | with the following: |
| 7 | | ""Improper treatment" means (i) cruel and unusual |
| 8 | | punishment as defined in the United States Constitution; or |
| 9 | | (ii) any violation of subsection (d), (e), (f), or (g) of |
| 10 | | Section 15 of this Act. |
