| 3 | Section 5, in Sec. 12-713, by inserting after the end of the | ||||||
| 4 | first sentence of subsection (c) the following: | ||||||
| 5 | "If an alleged violation of this Section has been corrected | ||||||
| 6 | prior to or on the date of a hearing scheduled to adjudicate | ||||||
| 7 | the alleged violation, the code enforcement official shall | ||||||
| 8 | dismiss the violation.".
