AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1530 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1530, on page 1, 
3line 5, by replacing "Sections 356z.14, 356z.15, and" with 
4"Section"; and
 
5by deleting line 7 on page 1 through line 6 on page 10; and


 
6on page 11, line 1, after the period, by inserting "Nothing in 
7this paragraph (1) shall restrict an employer's ability to 
8choose the specific mental, emotional, or nervous disorders or 
9conditions that are covered under the group policy or to 
10require an employer to accept coverage for all mental, 
11emotional, or nervous disorders or conditions offered by the 
12insurer."; and
 
13on page 23, immediately below line 3, by inserting the 
14following:
15    "This Section shall not apply to individual health
