| 1 | | AN ACT concerning local government.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Chicago Park District Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 26.10-12 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (70 ILCS 1505/26.10-12 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 26.10-12. Vaccinations administered on Chicago Park |
| 8 | | District property. The Chicago Park District may not prohibit |
| 9 | | licensed medical personnel from using appropriate medical |
| 10 | | equipment, including needles, to administer vaccinations as |
| 11 | | part of a health related program or fair held on property owned |
| 12 | | or leased by the Chicago Park District, provided that all |
| 13 | | permit requirements, policies, and procedures of the Chicago |
| 14 | | Park District are complied with in full as determined by the |
| 15 | | Chicago Park District.

| 16 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 17 | | becoming law.
