| 5 | | park district to exceed the limiting rate that the park |
| 6 | | district is subject to"; and

| 7 | | by replacing line 26 on page 5 through line 1 on page 6 with the |
| 8 | | following: "maintaining recreation programs cause the park |
| 9 | | district to exceed the limiting rate that the park district is |
| 10 | | subject to under Section".
