| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1738 on page 1, by |
| 3 | | inserting immediately below line 3 the following:

| 5 | | Section 3. If and only if the provisions of Senate Bill |
| 6 | | 3539 of the 96th General Assembly become law, the State Finance |
| 7 | | Act is amended by repealing Section 5.786 as added by Senate |
| 8 | | Bill 3539 of the 96th General Assembly."; and

| 9 | | on page 15, by inserting immediately below line 19 the |
