| 3 | | on page 7, immediately below line 17, by inserting the |

| 5 | | "(j) Any water system acquired by a municipality or |
| 6 | | municipalities under this Section shall have all work on the |
| 7 | | acquired system performed by employees who are members of a |
| 8 | | collective bargaining unit or by contractors whose employees |
| 9 | | are members of a collective bargaining unit.".
