| 4 | | "Section 5. The Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 4 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 4. Food Code; adoption and implementation. It shall be |
| 8 | | the policy of any business establishment involved in the |
| 9 | | preparation of food to adopt and follow Chapter 2 (Management |
| 10 | | and Personnel), Subpart 2-2 (Employee Health) of the 2009 Food |
| 11 | | Code, or its successor, as adopted by the U.S. Food and Drug |
| 12 | | Administration. The applicable definitions in Chapter 1 |
| 13 | | (Purpose and Definitions) of the 2009 Food Code, or its |
| 14 | | successor, shall apply.".
