| 4 | | "Section 10. The General Not For Profit Corporation Act of |
| 5 | | 1986 is amended by adding Section 101.36 as follows:

| 6 | | (805 ILCS 105/101.36 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 101.36. Abuse of State funds. The Attorney General has |
| 8 | | the authority to review the expenditures of registered |
| 9 | | not-for-profit corporations that receive funding from the |
| 10 | | State and shall penalize, at his or her discretion, any |
| 11 | | not-for-profit corporation that is abusing State funds in any |
| 12 | | manner.".
