| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2028 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 1, line 5, by deleting ", 5.7,"; and
|
| 4 | | on page 3, by replacing lines 21 through 25 with the following: |
| 5 | | "management; and (11) the responsibility for compounding and |
| 6 | | labeling"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 13, by replacing lines 1 through 24 with the following: |
| 8 | | "(gg) "Pharmacist clinician" means a pharmacist who has |
| 9 | | entered into an agreement with a physician licensed to practice |
| 10 | | medicine in all its branches for his or her identified patients |
| 11 | | or group of patients under specific conditions to provide drug |
| 12 | | therapy management services, including initiating, changing, |
| 13 | | or discontinuing drug therapy under a written set of standing |
| 14 | | orders."; and

| 6 | | "prescriptive authority" each time it appears with "MTM |
| 7 | | Services"; and

| 8 | | on page 16, lines 4, 7, and 19, by replacing "prescriptive |
| 9 | | authority" each time it appears with "MTM Services"; and

| 10 | | on page 17, immediately below line 17, by inserting the |
| 11 | | following: |
| 12 | | "This restriction shall not apply to any offer of |
| 13 | | assistance to charitable organizations, acceptance of |
| 14 | | manufacturers' coupons, company "loyalty cards", or programs |
| 15 | | not offered in conjunction with pharmacy prescription |
| 16 | | transfers.".
