| 3 | | 15, immediately after the period, by inserting the following: |
| 4 | | "Before awarding a grant from this Fund but no later than July |
| 5 | | 1, 2012, the Authority shall adopt rules that (i) specify the |
| 6 | | conditions under which grants will be awarded from this Fund |
| 7 | | and (ii) otherwise provide for the implementation and |
| 8 | | administration of the grant program created by this Section.".
