| 3 | | on page 5, line 13, by deleting the following: |
| 4 | | "The Food and Agricultural Research Fund shall not be subject |
| 5 | | to sweeps, administrative charges except those in Section 15 of |
| 6 | | this Act, or chargebacks, including, but not limited to, those |
| 7 | | that would in any way result in the transfer of any funds from |
| 8 | | this Fund to any other fund of this State or in having any such |
| 9 | | funds utilized for any purpose other than the express purposes |
| 10 | | set forth in this Act.".
