| 4 | | "Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 3.1-7 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 3.1-7. Terminally ill hunter licensing program. In |
| 8 | | order to facilitate hunting and fishing opportunities for a |
| 9 | | terminally ill person, the Director may issue any license, tag, |
| 10 | | permit, or stamp and waive fees, including transaction and |
| 11 | | dealer fees. |
| 12 | | Youth may take game outside of an established season if |
| 13 | | that youth is deemed to be terminally ill and the hunt is |
| 14 | | pre-approved by the Director.
