Amends the Public Conveyance Notice Act. Provides that notice requirements under the Act shall also apply to all passenger conveyances used or operated by the Commuter Rail Division.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Public Conveyance Notice Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 2 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 2. Commuter Rail Division. Notice requirements |
| 8 | | provided for by this Act shall also apply to all passenger |
