| 8 | | storage, and consumption of food, or fuel produced by pyrolysis |
| 9 | | of organic or waste material from a municipality."; and

| 10 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 21 through 26 with "biomass, tree |
| 11 | | waste, synthetic gas created by the gasification of waste, |
| 12 | | densified fuel pellets made from waste material that includes |
| 13 | | materials processed through mechanical segregation, including, |
| 14 | | but not limited to, screening, air classification, magnets, |
| 15 | | eddy currents, or optical sorters, fuel produced by pyrolysis |
| 16 | | of organic or waste material from a municipality, hydropower |
| 17 | | that does not involve new".
