| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 23 as follows:
|

"Laws of this State pertaining to aeronautics" |
| 8 | | means this Act and

all other acts of this State, as |
| 9 | | heretofore or hereafter enacted or
amended, of which the |
| 10 | | subject matter is any phase of aeronautics,
including, without |
| 11 | | limiting the generality of the foregoing, regulation,
|
| 12 | | supervision, condemnation, zoning and policing powers in |
| 13 | | connection
therewith. |
