| 3 | | immediately below line 7, by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "(j) "Fringe benefits" means all non-salary costs for each |
| 5 | | person employed under the program, including, but not limited |
| 6 | | to, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, and health |
| 7 | | benefits, as would be provided to non-subsidized employees |
| 8 | | performing similar work."; and

| 9 | | on page 3, line 8, by replacing "(j)" with "(k)"; and
|
| 10 | | on page 3, line 11, by replacing "(k)" with "(l)"; and
|
| 11 | | on page 3, line 24, by replacing "(l)" with "(m)"; and
|
| 12 | | on page 3, line 26, by replacing "(m)" with "(n)"; and
|
| 13 | | by replacing everything from line 22 on page 9 through line 1 |

| 2 | | "(b) The Secretary of Human Services shall make available |
| 3 | | to each employment administrator lists of local child care |
| 4 | | providers through the Child Care Resource and Referral Network |
| 5 | | available to persons employed under the program. The Director |
| 6 | | of Children and Family Services shall provide to each
|
| 7 | | employment administrator lists of currently licensed local day |
| 8 | | care
facilities, updated quarterly, to be available to all |
| 9 | | persons employed under
the program."; and
|
| 10 | | by replacing everything from line 15 on page 16 through line 7 |
| 11 | | on page 17 with the following:

| 12 | | (20 ILCS 630/17 new) |
| 13 | | Sec. 17. Work incentive demonstration project. The |
| 14 | | Coordinator and members of the Advisory Committee shall explore |
| 15 | | available resources to leverage in combination with the wage |
| 16 | | subsidies in this Act to develop a Transitional Jobs program. |
| 17 | | This Transitional Jobs program would prioritize services for |
| 18 | | individuals with limited experience in the labor market and |
| 19 | | barriers to employment, including but not limited to, |
| 20 | | recipients of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, |
| 21 | | Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or other related |
| 22 | | public assistance, and people with criminal records.".
