AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3036

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3036, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1 as follows:

on page 16, line 20, by replacing "may" with "shall"; and

on page 21, line 25, after "reasonable", by inserting "construction"; and

on page 21, line 26, immediately after "(b).", by inserting "For each such investment period, the ramp-up and ramp-down time shall not exceed a total of 6 months."; and

on page 23, line 6, by replacing "(v)" with "(iv)"; and

on page 23, line 9, by replacing "(vi)" with "(v)"; and

on page 48, line 20, by replacing "(3)" with "(3.5) (3)"; and

on page 49, line 24, by replacing "(9) (8)" with "(8)"; and

on page 50, line 25, by replacing "subparagraphs" with "paragraph subparagraphs"; and
