| 4 | "life-cycle cost analysis of pavement options,"; and | ||||||
| 5 | on page 2, line 2 by inserting after "solutions" the following: | ||||||
| 6 | "which shall include, among other principles, a life-cycle cost | ||||||
| 7 | analysis".
