| 3 | | replacing lines 2 through 5 with the following:

| 4 | | "(b-5) On and after January 1, 2015, no less than 25% of |
| 5 | | non-emergency or law enforcement passenger vehicles purchased |
| 6 | | with State funds shall be vehicles fueled by electricity, |
| 7 | | compressed natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, or liquid natural |
| 8 | | gas, or hybrid vehicles."; and

| 9 | | on page 6, lines 1 and 2, by changing "at any location" to "at a |
| 10 | | location"; and
|
| 11 | | on page 6, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following: |
| 12 | | "stores, or restaurants.".
