| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3329 on page 1, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 11 through 14 with "Up to 3 separate samples, |
| 4 | | consisting of no more than (i) 1/4 ounce of distilled spirits, |
| 5 | | (ii) 1.5 ounces one ounce of wine, or (iii) 4 2 ounces of beer |
| 6 | | may be served to a consumer in one day. The retailer, |
| 7 | | distributor, importing distributor, manufacturer, or |
| 8 | | non-resident dealer must verify that the consumer being served |
| 9 | | the sample is at least 21 years of age. The licensee or an |
| 10 | | agent of the licensee conducting the product sampling must |
| 11 | | document the total number of consumers being served the sample |
| 12 | | and the number of samples served to each consumer to ensure |
| 13 | | that no more than 3 separate samples are served to a consumer |
| 14 | | in one day."; and
