| 8 | | Sec. 48.8. Information on small business lending. The |
| 9 | | Department shall gather information on small business lending |
| 10 | | activities from quarterly reports of condition submitted to |
| 11 | | their appropriate regulators and publish such information |
| 12 | | annually on the Department's website in a format that allows |
| 13 | | users to easily compare the small business lending from |
| 14 | | different financial institutions.
