| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3801 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | inserting immediately below line 3 the following:

| 4 | | "(d) The Department of Children and Family Services

| 5 | | Guardianship Administrator shall not personally be subject to |
| 6 | | the reporting requirements in subsection (a) of this Section."; |

| 8 | | on page 2, line 4, by replacing "(d)" with "(e)"; and

| 9 | | on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 25 the |
| 10 | | following: |
| 11 | | "(d) The Department of Children and Family Services
