2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3816, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, as follows:


 
5on page 9, by replacing lines 5 through 9 with the following:
6    "(b) The Fund is  a continuation of the Violence Prevention 
7Fund, which was created under Section 20 of the Illinois 
8Violence Prevention Act and repealed by this amendatory Act of 
9the 97th General Assembly."; and
 
10by replacing line 22 on page 9 through line 6 on page 31 with 
11the following:
 
12    "Section 20. The State Finance Act is amended by changing 
13Section 5.424 as follows:
