AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3859




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3859, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
46 as follows:


 
5on page 8, by replacing lines 5 through 10 with:
6    "(e) The Department and the county shall redact the sales 
7figures, the amount of sales tax collected, and the amount of 
8sales tax rebated prior to disclosure of information contained 
9in a report required by this Section or the Freedom of 
10Information Act.  The information redacted shall be exempt from 
11the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.
12    (f) All reports, except the copy of the agreement, required 
13to be filed with the Department of Revenue pursuant to this 
14Section shall be posted on the Department's website within 6 
15months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 
1697th General Assembly. The website shall be updated on a 
17monthly basis to include newly received reports."; and
