2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3893, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41 as follows:


 
5on page 3, line 7, after the period, by inserting "For purposes 
6of this Section, a uniform screening, assessment, and 
7evaluation process refers to a process that includes an 
8appropriate evaluation and, as warranted, a referral. 
9"Uniform" does not mean the use of a singular instrument, tool, 
10or process that all must utilize."; and
 
11on page 9, line 26, after "adults;" by inserting "for purposes 
12of this item (13), a uniform screening, assessment, and 
13evaluation process refers to a process that includes an 
14appropriate evaluation and, as warranted, a referral; 
15"uniform" does not mean the use of a singular instrument, tool,
