| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 2, on page 60, by inserting below line 4 the following: |
| 5 | | "4.5. A bona fide resident of a foreign jurisdiction |
| 6 | | who is subject to the provisions of subparagraph 4 may make |
| 7 | | application for termination of the revocation after a |
| 8 | | period of 10 years from the effective date of the most |
| 9 | | recent revocation. However, if a person who has been |
| 10 | | granted a termination of revocation under this |
| 11 | | subparagraph 4.5 subsequently becomes a resident of this |
| 12 | | State, the revocation shall be reinstated and the person |
| 13 | | shall be subject to the provisions of subparagraph 4.".
