| 9 | | all moving violations involving a taxi or an individual |
| 10 | | licensed or registered as a taxi driver upon the request of a |
| 11 | | unit of government that licenses, registers, or otherwise |
| 12 | | regulates taxi drivers."; and

| 13 | | on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 10.
