| 4 | | "Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 5-115 as follows:

| 6 | | (220 ILCS 5/5-115 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 5-115. Disclosure of customer information to a credit |
| 8 | | bureau. Peoples Gas shall not report or otherwise disclose |
| 9 | | customer record information to a credit bureau. Customer record |
| 10 | | information includes, but is not limited to, social security |
| 11 | | numbers, public aid numbers, and employment data. Nothing in |
| 12 | | this Section shall affect the Commission's access to |
| 13 | | information under this Act or any other law.

| 14 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 15 | | becoming law.".
