AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4531 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4531 as follows:


 
3on page 10, by replacing lines 22 through 26 with the 
4following:
 
5"Act.  However, the Secretary of State may provide by rule for 
6the issuance of Illinois Disabled Person Identification Cards 
7without photographs if the applicant has a bona fide religious 
8objection to being photographed or to the display of his or her 
9photograph. If the applicant so requests, the card shall"; and
 
10on page 18, by replacing lines 7 through 12 with the following:
   
11"applicant.  The applicant shall be photographed, unless the 
12Secretary of State has provided by rule for the issuance of 
13identification cards without photographs and the applicant is 
14deemed eligible for an identification card without a photograph
