| 7 | | Sec. 1-42. Department Ambassador. As part of a pilot |
| 8 | | program, the Department shall designate one or more officials |
| 9 | | or employees to serve as Department Ambassador. Department |
| 10 | | Ambassadors shall serve as a liaison between the Department and |
| 11 | | the public and shall have the following duties: (i) to inform |
| 12 | | the public about services available through the Department, |
| 13 | | (ii) to assist the public in accessing those services, (iii) to |
| 14 | | review the Department's methods of disseminating information, |
| 15 | | and (iv) to recommend and implement more efficient practices of |
| 16 | | providing services and information to the public where |
