| 4 | "(g) The Secretary may, at original issuance and for each | ||||||
| 5 | registration renewal period, charge a fee for a special license | ||||||
| 6 | plate issued under this Section in addition to the appropriate | ||||||
| 7 | original or renewal registration fee.".
