AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4757 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4757 as follows:


3on page 1, line 13, by replacing "Office," with "Office"; and
 


4by replacing lines 14 through 20 with the following:

5"1, 2013.  The compliance plan must be submitted no later than 
6November 1, 2012 and must include all of the following:
7        (1)  Fire sprinkler system working drawings and 
8    hydraulic calculations.

9        (2)  A water supply analysis to determine available 
10    water and the need for a fire pump.
11        (3)  A fire sprinkler system installation schedule 
12    showing a minimum of the following:
13            (A)  the drawing and calculation submittal date to 
14        the authority having jurisdiction and the projected 
15        duration;
16            (B)  the fabrication and material procurement date 
17        and the projected duration;

1            (C)  the field installation start date and the 
2        projected duration;
3            (D)  the final testing and punch list date and the 
4        projected duration; and
5            (E)  the projected project completion date.
6If the compliance plan is approved by the Office of the State 
7Fire Marshal, then the deadline for fire sprinklers to be 
8installed and operational shall be extended to September 1, 
92014.  A"; and
