2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4984 on page 1, line

3 5, after "3-116", by deleting "and adding Section 3-122"; and

4 on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 10; and

5 on page 5, line 10, after "redemption.", by inserting the

6 following:

7 "A lien created or enforced under this amendatory Act of the

8 97th General Assembly shall be subordinate to and may not

9 exclude any prior lien interest existing upon the vehicle.";

10 and

11 on page 6, line 3, after "redemption.", by inserting the

12 following:

13 "A lien created or enforced under this amendatory Act of the

14 97th General Assembly shall be subordinate to and may not

15 exclude any prior lien interest existing upon the vehicle.";
