AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4986 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4986, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House  Amendment No. 
41, on page 2, by replacing lines 2 and 3 with "used to track 
5recycling, reuse, and composting rates; source reduction, 
6recycling,"; and


 
7by replacing line 20 on page 2 through line 1 on page 3 with the 
8following:
9        "(4)   one person designated by the Director of Commerce 
10    and Economic Opportunity to represent a local government;
11        (5)    two persons designated by the Director of the 
12    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to represent 
13    local governmental solid waste management agencies;
14        (6)   one person designated by the Director of Commerce 
15    and Economic Opportunity to represent the solid waste 
16    management industry;
17        (7)   one person designated by the Director of Commerce
