| 3 | | 10, by replacing "body" with "body or other entity"; and

| 4 | | on page 6, line 11, by replacing "body" with "body or other |
| 5 | | entity"; and

| 6 | | on page 6 by replacing lines 14 through 18 with the following: |
| 7 | | "The public body or other entity shall discharge its duty |
| 8 | | to notify of the revised rates by inserting a written |
| 9 | | stipulation in all contracts or other written instruments that |
| 10 | | states the prevailing rate of wages are revised by the |
| 11 | | Department of Labor and are available on the Department's |
| 12 | | official website. This shall be deemed to be proper |
| 13 | | notification of any rate changes under this subsection.".
