| 4 | | "In addition to any other requirement of this Section, any |
| 5 | | change of ownership of or any transfer of an interest in a |
| 6 | | retailer's license shall not be approved by the State |
| 7 | | Commission if the licensee owes a debt on the inventory to an |
| 8 | | Illinois licensed distributor and the retailer is delinquent in |
| 9 | | the payment of the debt under the cash beer law or the 30 day |
| 10 | | credit law.".
