| 3 | | 5, after "interests.", by inserting "The proposed resolution |

| 5 | | disposition shall include a statement of the amount of debt |
| 6 | | owed on the facility."; and

| 7 | | on page 6, by replacing lines 22 through 24 with "county board |
| 8 | | may find desirable or necessary. Regardless of whether the |
| 9 | | county elects to continue to operate and maintain its sheltered |
| 10 | | care or nursing home facilities, the ability to levy a tax |
| 11 | | authorized under paragraph 8 may continue until the amount of |
| 12 | | debt owed on the facility, as stated in the authorizing |
| 13 | | resolution, is repaid in full. Upon full repayment, the ability |
| 14 | | to levy a tax authorized under paragraph 8 shall cease. The |
| 15 | | county may be paid or".
