| 3 | | replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following: |
| 4 | | "organization (i) monitoring or attentive to compliance with |
| 5 | | public or worker safety laws, wage and hour requirements, or |
| 6 | | other statutory requirements when the monitoring or |
| 7 | | attentiveness occurs at the workplace, or (ii)"; and

| 8 | | on page 6, by replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following: |
