| 5 | | lines 1 through 19 on page 6; and

| 6 | | by replacing line 26 on page 7 and lines 1 through 4 on page 8 |
| 7 | | with the following: |
| 8 | | "shall be as follows:
if the most serious crime of which the |
| 9 | | individual was convicted is a
misdemeanor, the minimum period |
| 10 | | of good conduct shall be one year; if
the most serious crime of |
| 11 | | which the individual was convicted is a Class 1,
2, 3, or 4 |
| 12 | | felony, the minimum period of good conduct shall be 2 3 |
