| 5 | | on page 2, line 1, by inserting after the period "To the extent |
| 6 | | client enrollment services are being provided as of the |
| 7 | | effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General |
| 8 | | Assembly by an entity that has a financial relationship |
| 9 | | prohibited by this Section, the following transition |
| 10 | | provisions apply: Following the effective date of this |
| 11 | | amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly, the Department |
| 12 | | shall conduct a new procurement for client enrollment broker |
| 13 | | services. The entity awarded a contract pursuant to that new |
| 14 | | procurement shall then be ineligible for any future contracts |
| 15 | | that would cause it to be in violation of this Section.".
