HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Nic Webster of 
4Moweaqua for being designated as Correctional Officer of the 
5Year; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Nic Webster is a LEADS coordinator and 
7correctional officer at the Moultrie County Sheriff's Office in 
8Sullivan; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Nic Webster was nominated by Moultrie County 
10Sheriff Jeff Thomas due to his work with the Top 10 most wanted 
11program and website; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, The Top 10 most wanted program and website have 
13resulted in the arrest of 24 most wanted persons since they 
14were started by Nic Webster in April of 2010; and

  
 
15    WHEREAS, Nic Webster began a recycling program within the 
16Moultrie County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with Sullivan 
17High School; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
20we congratulate Nic Webster for being designated as

1Correctional Officer of the Year and wish him continued success 
2and happiness in the future; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to Nic Webster as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
