HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Barbara A. Bush on 
4the occasion of being named President of the Illinois Bed and 
5Breakfast Association; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Barbara A. Bush joined the Illinois Bed and 
7Breakfast Association as an aspiring innkeeper in the late 
81990s; she became an active member of the association after 
9purchasing Kite Hill Vineyards Bed and Breakfast in Carbondale 
10in January of 2006; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Barbara A. Bush has served as Treasurer of the 
12Illinois Bed and Breakfast Association for the past four years; 
13and

  
 
14    WHEREAS, Barbara A. Bush serves as a model of hard work, 
15integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of 
16Illinois; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
18NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
19we congratulate Barbara A. Bush on the occasion of being named 
20President of the Illinois Bed and Breakfast Association and 
21wish her continued success and happiness in the future; and be
