pleased to congratulate the members of the |

International Music Festival and Father of the Year |
| 6 | | Awards; and

| 7 | | WHEREAS, The Ethnic Heritage Museum is a vital part of |
| 8 | | southwest
Rockford; and

| 9 | | WHEREAS, The Ethnic Heritage Museum is dedicated to |
| 10 | | preserving the
history of the six ethnic groups that settled |
| 11 | | southwest Rockford: the
Irish, Italians, African-Americans, |
| 12 | | Polish, Lithuanians, and Hispanics; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 14 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 15 | | we congratulate the members of the Ethnic Heritage Museum on |
| 16 | | the occasion of the organization's 21st Annual
