3on page 3, line 11, by replacing "ten" with "five"; and
 
4on page 3, line 13, by replacing "two" with "five; and
 
5on page 3, by deleting lines 19 through 25; and
 
6on page 4, by replacing lines 1 through 13 with the following:
 
7        "(5) a representative of the Illinois State's 
8    Attorneys' Association appointed by the head of that 
9    organization;
10        (6) a representative of the Illinois Fraternal Order of  
11    Police appointed by the head of that organization;
12        (7) a representative of the Illinois Sheriffs 
13    Association appointed by the head of that organization;
