HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Lisle Village 
4Clerk Tim Seeden on the occasion of being the recipient of the 
5Ilion Crabel Member of the Year Award from the Municipal Clerks 
6of Illinois; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, The Ilion Crabel Member of the Year Award was 
8created to identify and recognize a member of the Municipal 
9Clerks of Illinois who has made a significant contribution to 
10the objectives of the municipal clerk profession and/or the 
11Clerk's own community or municipal government; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Tim Seeden has served as Clerk of the Village of 
13Lisle since 1999; he has achieved both Registered Clerk and 
14Certified Municipal status; he is an active member of the Lisle 
15Chamber of Commerce, the Boy Scouts of America, and various 
16other events in his community; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Tim Seeden was selected to receive the Ilion 
18Crabel Member of the Year Award for his dedicated leadership 
19with the Municipal Clerks of Illinois and the Village of Lisle; 
20and

  
 
21    WHEREAS, Tim Seeden serves as a model of hard work,

1integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of 
2Illinois; therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
4NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
5we congratulate Lisle Village Clerk Tim Seeden on the occasion 
6of being the recipient of the Ilion Crabel Member of the Year 
7Award and wish them continued success and happiness in the 
8future; and be it further
  
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
10presented to Tim Seeden as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
