HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Jacob 
4Rommerskirchen, Austin Ulmer, and Jared Kleinik of Scout Troop 
51050 on the occasion of earning the coveted rank of Eagle 
6Scout; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Jacob Rommerskirchen was born on August 8, 1993; 
8his parents are Stephanie Hays and Don Rommerskirchen; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Austin Ulmer was born on September 2, 1993; his 
10father is Jeremy Ulmer; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Jared Kleinik was born on April 24, 1994; his 
12parents are Sandra Kleinik and Jacob Kleinik; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Jacob Rommerskirchen, Austin Ulmer, and Jared 
14Kleinik have displayed the needed leadership traits to earning 
15this most prestigious rank: Trustworthiness, Loyalty, 
16Helpfulness, Friendliness, Courteousness, Kindness, Obedience, 
17Cheerfulness, Thriftiness, Bravery, Cleanliness, and 
18Reverence; and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Jacob Rommerskirchen, Austin Ulmer, and Jared 
20Kleinik serve as models of hard work, integrity, and dedication

2    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

4we congratulate Jacob Rommerskirchen, Austin Ulmer, and Jared 
5Kleinik on the occasion of earning the coveted rank of Eagle 
6Scout and wish them continued success and happiness in the 
7future; and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That suitable copies of this resolution be
