| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of James C. |
| 4 | | "Jim" DelMedico of Norwood Park, who passed away on August 23, |
| 5 | | 2011; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, |
| 7 | | serving in Korea; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, He was a longtime City of Chicago 41st Ward |
| 9 | | Community Representative; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, James DelMedico was the beloved father of Jim |
| 11 | | DelMedico and Paula (Dave) Giertych; he was the proud |
| 12 | | grandfather of Lindsey, Ryan, Zach, and Megan; he was the dear |
| 13 | | brother of Louis (Marie) and Frank (Irene) DelMedico; and he |
| 14 | | was the fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
|
| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 16 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 17 | | we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of |
| 18 | | James C. "Jim" DelMedico; and be it further
|
| 19 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 | | presented to the family of James C. "Jim" DelMedico as a symbol |
