HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of
Richard 
4"Richie" W. Chow of Chicago, who passed away on September 30, 
52011; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Richard Chow was born on December 22, 1983; he was 
7the son of Officer Richard Chow of the Cook County Sheriff's 
8Office and Joyce Chow; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Richard Chow was the brother of Angela (Ryan) 
10Sibich; he was engaged to be married to his fiancee, Sonia 
11Olivo; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Richard Chow served honorably as a Deputy Sheriff 
13for the Cook County Sheriff's Office; he was a graduate of 
14Sheriff's Academy Class 05-01; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Richard Chow was an avid fan of the Chicago White 
16Sox and enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and 
17friends; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
20we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of
