| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Connor Andrew |
| 4 | | Wilson of Boy Scout Troop 52 in Athens on the occasion of |
| 5 | | earning the coveted rank of Eagle Scout; and

| 6 | | WHEREAS, Connor Wilson is 17 years old; he is a senior at |
| 7 | | Athens High School; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Connor Wilson will be inducted as an Eagle Scout |
| 9 | | during a ceremony in his honor on December 18, 2011 at the City |
| 10 | | Hall in Athens; and

| 11 | | WHEREAS, Connor Wilson serves as a model of hard work, |
| 12 | | integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of |
